By accessing and using the IRMA Presale platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Token Purchase

IRMA tokens are offered for sale on this platform. By purchasing tokens, you acknowledge that:

• You understand the risks associated with cryptocurrency investments
• Token values may fluctuate and you may lose your investment
• Tokens are not guaranteed to provide any specific returns

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to participate in the presale.

4. Risk Disclosure

Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risks including:

• Regulatory changes
• Technology risks
• Market risks

5. No Guarantee

IRMA tokens are provided "as is" without any warranties or guarantees of future performance, utility, or value.

In no event shall IRMA or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this platform or purchase of tokens.

By signing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

As a condition to participating in the Digital Innovations Group IRMA Token presale (the “Presale”), each purchaser must complete and sign this self-certification form. By signing below, the undersigned purchaser (“Purchaser”) makes the following representations and acknowledgments:

I. Sanctions & Restricted Persons

The Purchaser represents and certifies that they are not:

• A citizen, resident, or located in any country or territory subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions of Ukraine).
• Identified on any list of prohibited persons maintained by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or the United Kingdom.

II. Politically Exposed Persons (PEP)

The Purchaser represents and certifies that they are not a Politically Exposed Person (“PEP”), a family member of a PEP, or a close associate of a PEP.

A PEP is an individual who is or has been entrusted with a prominent public function, either domestically or internationally. PEP status also extends to immediate family members and close associates of such individuals.

Categories of PEPs:

• Domestic PEPs: Persons holding high level public office in their own country (e.g., heads of state, senior politicians, judges, military officials, central bank governors, senior executives of state-owned enterprises).
• Foreign PEPs: Persons holding equivalent positions in a foreign jurisdiction.
• International Organization PEPs: Senior management at international organizations (e.g., UN, IMF, World Bank directors, board members, ambassadors).
• Family Members of PEPs: Spouses, children, parents, siblings, or other relatives of a PEP.
• Close Associates of PEPs: Individuals known to have joint beneficial ownership of entities with a PEP or who are otherwise closely connected for business or personal reasons.

III. Compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) / Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) Laws

CFT laws are the set of national and international rules, regulations, and standards designed to prevent, detect, and disrupt the flow of funds that support terrorism or terrorist organizations.

The Purchaser represents and certifies that they:

• Are not engaged in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful activity.
• Will not use tokens for any activity that violates applicable AML or CFT laws.

IV. Accuracy of Certification

The Purchaser acknowledges that:

• This certification is made as of the date signed below and is relied upon by Digital Innovations Group in permitting Purchaser to participate in the Presale of the IRMA Token.
• Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of participation and may be reported to regulatory authorities.
